What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

What if my order is out of stock?
- Animals can sell out quickly. If your order is affected, we’ll notify you via email. You can choose to void your order or apply your payment to another animal.

Can I get a picture of the animal I’m going to order?
- Unfortunately, we can’t provide individual pictures due to the volume of requests we receive.

Where is my tracking number?
- We send tracking numbers for live animal orders via email each weekday afternoon by 8 PM Eastern Time.

Do you ship outside the United States?
- No, we only ship within the U.S., excluding Hawaii.

How much is shipping?
- Shipping for live animals is a flat rate of $54.99 per order, regardless of your location.
